25th November 2008 - KAIA Haj terminal is bigger and better (SG)
Saudi Gazette, 25/11/2008
The plan launched in 2000 to increase the capacity of the Hajj terminal at King Abdul Aziz International Airport is proving to be successful. The fourth largest terminal in the world, it can accommodate up to 80,000 pilgrims at any one time and boasts a variety of facilities including 24-hour restaurants, medical camps and information desks, to name but a few.
The terminal, which is only used during the Hajj season each year, is currently serving thousands of pilgrims every day in the run up to this year's Hajj.
