27th October 2009 - Algerian officials commend Saudi Arabia for Hajj arrangements (SPA)
Algiers, 27/10/2009
The Director General of Algerian Court for Hajj and Umrah (Minor Hajj) Sheikh Barbarah has commended all measures undertaken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to provide best services to pilgrims, calling on Algeria"s Hajj Mission to coordinate and cooperate with the Saudi authorities in the service of Algerian pilgrims.
In a meeting with the Mission whose members are due to leave for the Kingdom on Thursday, he said that the first batch of Algerian pilgrims will leave for the Kingdom next Monday.
In a similar speech to the Mission, Algerian Minister of Religious Affairs Bouabdallah Ghulam urged the Mission"s members to represent their country in the best way, stressing that they should assist Algerian pilgrims in all matters needed for them.
