Arab News, 03/11/2009
The Saudi Cabinet has made it clear that it will not allow anyone to undermine security during the Hajj or to politicise the journey of a lifetime: "The Kingdom’s policy does not allow any party to tamper with the smooth operation of Haj events and undermine the security of pilgrims,” The Minister of Hajj Dr Fouad Al Farsy has already warned against any attempt to exploit the Hajj for politicial purposes or to try to cause divisions within the Ummah.
