2nd September 2008 - Prince Naif approves plan of civil defense

Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Interior Minister, has approved the plan of the civil defense for the blessed month of Ramadan in the course of which the Holy City of Makkah receives a lot of umrah (minor Hajj) performers.
