Agreements Pertaining to the Hajj Missions
Meeting with the delegation heads of the Hajj missions of about fifty-seven states representing 71% of the total states that have official Hajj missions, whose pilgrims represent 85% of the total number of arriving pilgrims, to discuss the following:
- - Determining the number of pilgrims according to the percentages allocated to each state and classifying them into pilgrims of tourist companies (individuals) and mission pilgrims
- - Determining the carrier companies
- - Completing the service agreements with the National Tawafa Establishments, National Guides Establishment, the Unified Agents Office and the General Cars Syndicate
- - Determining arrival outlets (land, air and sea)
- Organizing the arrival of pilgrims coming through tourist companies
- The operational plans of the Ministry's branches and of the National Establishments for Hajj Affairs
- Setting up field service groups
- Modernizing the specifications of the buses transporting pilgrims
- Bus renting plans
- Shuttle transport between the Holy Sites
- Public transport within Mina
- Distribution of camps in the Holy Sites
- Telecommunications network
- Guidance workshops
- Language programs and training of seasonal labor
- Seasonal jobs
- Information and cultural outreach
- Preparation of clarification maps
- Hajj instructions
- Coordination with the authorities participating in the Hajj activities
