Setting up field service groups
Before the Hajj season every year, field service groups are set up that are directly responsible within each of the National Tawafa Establishments in Makkah Al-Mukarramah for providing services to a number of pilgrims not exceeding 5,000 pilgrims.
- Agreements Pertaining to the Hajj Missions
- Organizing the arrival of pilgrims coming through tourist companies
- The operational plans of the Ministry's branches and of the National Establishments for Hajj Affairs
- Modernizing the specifications of the buses transporting pilgrims
- Bus renting plans
- Shuttle transport between the Holy Sites
- Public transport within Mina
- Distribution of camps in the Holy Sites
- Telecommunications network
- Guidance workshops
- Language programs and training of seasonal labor
