Coordination with the authorities participating in the Hajj activities

The Ministry participates in permanent and seasonal committees with governmental authorities that are related to all that is connected with the Hajj services and the development of such services. Following are the most important of these committees:

- The Board concerned with the development of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah and the Local Sites

- Supreme Pilgrimage Committee; the Central Pilgrimage Committee in Makkah Al-Mukarramah; the Hajj Committee at Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah

- The Higher Commission for Monitoring of Pilgrims Transport; the Executive Committee for Hajj Activities

- The Executive Committee for Monitoring of Pilgrims Transport; the Committee concerned with benefiting from the meat of sacrificial cattle

- The Committee concerned with Pilgrims' complaints

- The Committee in charge of examining the residences of pilgrims

- The Joint Coordination Committee for Pilgrims' Relations

- The Anti-Brokers Committee

- The Follow up and Coordination Committee at King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah

- The Committee concerned with review of violations of the Pilgrims Lodging Rules

- The Higher Commission for the Development of Makkah Al-Mukarramah

- The Committee concerned with the review of violations of Local Pilgrims Establishments

- The Committee concerned with the assignment of lands and camps at the Holy sites

- The Committee that supervises the organization of butchers' pilgrimage

- The Committee concerned with the removal of encroachments at the Holy Sites
