Saudi Embassy in Tunis finalizes 9000 Hajj visas for Tunisians
Saudi Ambassador to Tunisia Ibrahim Al-Brahim said Sunday the Saudi Embassy in Tunis has taken all the required measures for the issuing of about 9,000 Hajj visas for this year's Hajj season.
In a press statement, the Ambassador said that the issuing of the visas is subject to certain regulations and restrictions agreed upon by the Saudi and Tunisian sides. He reiterated the eagerness of the Saudi authorities concerned to extend all possible facilities and services to the pilgrims. Al-Brahim said the new projects implemented at the Holy Places aim at enabling the pilgrims to perform their rituals in comfort and ease.
As regards fixing the number of pilgrims, he said the decision had been taken within the framework of the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC)
