Governor of Makkah presents Holy Quran copies to special need Pilgrims
Prince Abdul-Majeed bin Abdul-Aziz, the Governor of Makkah Region has gifted copies of the Holy Quran in Braille to special-needs blind Muslims who performed Hajj last year at the personal Expenses of the Governor.
Prince Abdul-Majeed hosted nine special needsblind pilgrims from Egypt, Morocco and Sudan to perform Hajj - the first time for this kind of people in the history of the pilgrimage that this special category of persons had been enabled to perform Hajj.
The pilgrims, who are blind with special needs, expressed thanks and deep appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, for his good care of the guests of God and for providing all possible means in order to perform the pilgrimage smoothly and easily. They expressed their happiness to the humanitarian gesture of Prince Abdul-Majeed bin Abdul-Aziz, in helping them to perform Hajj , which had long been the dream that had culminated in its fulfillment by the grace of God.
