Madinah Municipality intensifies efforts to serve visitors
As part of its preparations for this year's Umrah season, the Municipality of Madinah Region has made available the best services to visitors of Madinah under the follow-up of Prince Abdulaziz bin Majid bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Madinah Region, within the framework of the efforts provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to serve the pilgrims and visitors of the Two Holy Mosques.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency, Mayor of Madinah Region Abdulaziz Alhosain said the Municipality has prepared a work plan to intensify services in the field of public cleanliness, environment health, monitoring of markets and shops relating to public health, drinking water, food supplies, hotels and visitor houses.
He added that the plan concentrates on making available food stuffs in areas surrounding the Prophet's Mosque with appropriate prices in addition to supplying other necessary public services with good quality.
