Civil Defense

The Civil Defense forces and equipment are deployed in the Two Cities and the Holy Shrines to deal with any eventualities. During the last Hajj season, there were 1,300 Civil Defense vehicles, in addition to a fleet of helicopters that continuously monitor the general situation and mount rescue missions if necessary.
