Pedestrian Road

A very important project which reduces the distance between the Holy Haram and Al Jamarat by half and separates vehicles from pedestrians to ensure safety. It is 7 km long, 30 m wide and completely shaded and includes several two way tunnels. Another pedestrian road connected to Al Jamarat serves the northern area of Mina valley of both Sha'eebs, Al Muaissem, area and its modern slaughterhouses. It is 2400 m long, 30 m wide and includes many tunnels.
