SAA operates direct weekly flights from Kuwait to Madinah and Abha

Saudi Arabia Airlines (SAA) started to operate direct flights from Kuwait State to Madinah and Abha within the frame work of the SAA’s plan for the summer season of this year which includes 14 weekly flights that are expected to transport 4,000 passengers every week.

SAA Director in Kuwait Mansour Al-Hashem said that these flights come in response to the increasing demand of Kuwaitis who want to perform Umrah rituals and visit the Prophet’s Mosque.

Al-Hashem also said that SAA offers to those who want to go to Cairo or Khartoum an opportunity to visit the sacred places and perform Umrah rituals under a Transit Program.

He added that SAA is keen to meet the growing demand of Kuwaiti tourism offices during summer season pointing out that SAA transported last year about fifty thousand passengers on 1, 240 scheduled and extra flights on these routes.
