Prince Abdulaziz bin Majid chairs meeting of Hajj Committee
Prince Abdulaziz bin Majid bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Madinah Region and Chairman of Hajj Committee in the Holy City of Madinah chaired here today the Committee's third meeting.
During the meeting, the Committee discussed operational plans of public and private departments during Hajj season for the year 1427h.
The prince briefed the Committee on the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, who is also Chairman of the Economic Supreme Council, of the third phase of the sea water desalination station in Yanbu Governorate to be included among the projects to be implemented with the participation of the private sector. The station will produce 88 million gallons per day to enhance the region's needs up to 1450h.
