Pilgrims have the right to leave from any exit point, says spokesman for the Interior Ministry

Riyadh, 10 January 07

The spokesman for the Interior Ministry, responding to a question raised an SPA reporter, said it is not a must for the pilgrims to leave the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the entry points through which they had earlier entered.

'The pilgrims can leave the Kingdom from any other exit point after obtaining the approval of the countries whose territories they plan to cross, or they can leave directly aboard air flights', the spokesman elaborated.
