Jordanian media highlights importance of Saudi King's visit

The Jordanian newspapers continued today commenting on the fruitful outcome of the recent visit of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to Jordan.

Shedding light on the statements of the Saudi monarch to the Amman-based Al-Rai newspaper, the Jordanian newspapers said King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz believes that the Arab nation has been targeted because he is fully aware of what is going on in Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, Sudan and Somalia.

The papers noted that the Saudi monarch is keen on unifying the Arab ranks.

Underscoring the importance of the Saudi-Jordanian summit, the newspapers said the summit has succeeded in realizing its goals and further enhancing the Saudi-Jordanian relations on a solid foundation.
