New projects implemented in Grand Mosque

Several projects have been implemented in the Grand Mosque, primarily the Project of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for the development and expansion of Masa'a (the passage between Al-Safa and Al-Marwah Mountains), the Director General of Projects and Studies Eng. Abdulmohsen bin Abdulrahman bin Homaid announced today.

He also said that this project comes within the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to exert maximum efforts to serve the visitors of the Two Holy Mosques so that they can easily perform Hajj and Umrah.

Among the projects are automatic washing system for Zamzam water bottles. More than 200 temporary toilets will be established, Eng. Abdulmohsen said.
