Grip tightened on Haram pickpockets (SG)

Small, electric vehicles that can run through crowds safely will be used to chase down pickpockets, purse snatchers and harassers in the crowded Haram area in Makkah, a source has said. If caught, offenders will be transported to the police station in the vehicles.
