First groups of pilgrims arrive today in Jeddah (SG)

The first groups of pilgrims from Pakistan, India and the Maldives are due to arrive today at the King Abdul Aziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah.

According to Muhammed Jamal Marghlani, director of the Hajj Ministry's Jeddah branch, approximately 100,000 pilgrims, most of whom are members of Hajj missions, had already landed in Madinah at the Prince Muhammed Bin Abdul Aziz Airport.

Marghlani also commented that the arrangements for receiving pilgrims had been completed by the government agencies involved in Hajj services.
